Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping within the continental United States is free on orders over $350

How long will the delivery take?
Typically, your package should reach you within 2-9 days of placing an order. In case you want your order to reach you quicker, then you select the fast delivery option before placing your order. In some instances, quicker delivery may not be available.


How will my items be shipped?

Typically, we use UPS, Loomis and FedEx, which is dependent on your location and Country of Residence. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive tracking information.

We do our best to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible, if you know you will not be home during a scheduled delivery we suggest providing an alternate shipping address or contacting the Courier as soon as you receive your tracking information.


Damage during shipping

Swagman invests in quality packaging to protect the product during shipping, but damages can sometimes still be sustained. If your item arrived damaged, please visit our Contact Page to submit the information so that we can rectify and investigate as quickly as possible.


What areas do you ship to?
We ship throughout Canada and the Continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Yukon or Northwest Territories please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. We do not ship to Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, Hawaii or Armed Forces locations.


Where do you ship?
We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within Canada and the Continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.



Swagman takes customer service and product quality very seriously. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date, in new condition with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.


Items not eligible for return:

  • Clearance Items
  • Spare or replacement parts
  • Keys, Locks and Lock Accessories

Follow these steps to process a return:

  1. Use our contact form to initiate a return with our Customer Service team or contact us via phone;
  2. You will be provided with an RA (return authorization) number and information on when the Courier will initiate pickup of the item(s);
  3. Please write the RA number on the item or packaging;
  4. Securely pack the new and unused item(s) you are returning in the original shipping cartons with original packaging, product manuals, parts and the packing slip; and
  5. Once the item(s) are received and verified at our Warehouse, your refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-7 days.

Please note that credits for product received outside of the 30 day Return Window, missing manuals and/or any parts or product returned in noticeably used condition will be issued at Swagman’s discretion.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.
