If you know Jen Annett than you know that she is a very determined and head strong person with a humble personality. Jen took her first stab at triathlon by competing in Ironman Canada in 2008. She surprised herself placing first in her age category. This race finish qualified her for worlds in Kona Hawaii, which was an incredible experience. Jen went pro in 2013 and has been pushing her limits ever since, placing top female in Challenge 2016.
I sat down with Jen this winter to hear more about her story and learn what it takes to be a pro triathlete. All I can say is the training never stops. Rain or shine, windy or snowy, Jen is out there facing the challenge.
Take a look, and watch for Jen at the Penticton 2017 ITU Multisport World Championships.
Thanks Jen for being such an awesome Brand Ambassador for Swagman and an inspiration to anyone who has ever had to face adversity!
